2. Project Scope

Every project is based on an agreed scope of work.

The project scope may include details such as:

  • Video duration
  • Number of scenes
  • Design style
  • Animation style
  • Resolution and aspect ratio
  • Script length
  • Number of concepts
  • Number of revisions
  • Voiceover requirements
  • Music requirements
  • Delivery formats
  • Project timeline

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional charges and additional production time.

We will communicate any significant scope changes before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are based on the project information available at the time the quotation is prepared.

Pricing may change if:

  • The scope of the project changes
  • Additional scenes or deliverables are requested
  • The duration of the video increases
  • A new style or creative direction is requested
  • Previously approved work must be recreated
  • Additional revisions are requested
  • Premium third-party assets or licenses are required
  • Urgent or accelerated delivery is requested

Unless otherwise stated, taxes, third-party costs, media-buying expenses, paid stock assets, premium fonts, special voiceover artists, and other external expenses may be charged separately.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or project agreement.

Depending on the project, Leadz Magnet Studio may require an advance payment before production begins.

Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is overdue.

Final production files, high-resolution exports, editable source files, or unrestricted usage rights may be withheld until all outstanding amounts relating to the project have been paid.

Payments already made for completed work, reserved production capacity, purchased third-party assets, or work already undertaken may be non-refundable.

5. Project Commencement

A project will generally be considered confirmed once the required combination of the following has been received:

  • Written project approval
  • Required advance payment
  • Completed brief
  • Brand assets
  • Script or project information
  • Product images or reference material
  • Other required client materials

Production timelines may begin only after all essential project inputs are received.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete the project.

This may include:

  • Brand guidelines
  • Logos
  • Product information
  • Scripts
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Screenshots
  • Website access
  • Product claims
  • Legal disclaimers
  • Contact information
  • Technical details
  • Reference materials

The client is responsible for reviewing all factual information before final approval.

Leadz Magnet Studio is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.

7. Feedback and Approvals

Clients are expected to provide consolidated and clear feedback.

Feedback should preferably be provided by one authorized representative or consolidated internally before being sent to Leadz Magnet Studio.

Once a stage has been approved, significant changes to that approved stage may be treated as additional work.

Examples include approving a storyboard and later requesting a completely different visual concept, or approving animation and later requesting major changes to previously approved scenes.

8. Revisions

The number of included revisions will be defined in the relevant proposal or project agreement.

A revision generally refers to reasonable modifications to existing work while maintaining the previously agreed creative direction.

Revisions may include:

  • Text corrections
  • Minor timing adjustments
  • Small layout changes
  • Color adjustments
  • Replacement of agreed visual elements
  • Minor animation adjustments

The following may not be considered standard revisions:

  • Complete concept changes
  • New scripts after approval
  • New scenes
  • Major storyboard changes after approval
  • Changing the animation style
  • Changing the visual direction
  • Extending the video duration
  • Rebuilding completed animation
  • Replacing an approved voiceover due to a change in client preference
  • Reworking content because of new information supplied later

Such requests may require an additional quotation.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated production timelines are provided based on the agreed scope and expected feedback schedule.

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Delayed approvals
  • Missing assets
  • Scope changes
  • Additional revisions
  • Changes in scripts
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party delays
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If client feedback or required materials are delayed, delivery dates may be adjusted accordingly.

10. Inactive Projects

If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold.

Restarting an inactive project may depend on production availability and may require an updated schedule.

Projects that remain inactive for a substantial period may also require a revised quotation if the original scope, costs, availability, or production requirements have changed.

11. Cancellation

If the client cancels a project after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for work already completed, time committed to the project, and any non-refundable third-party costs.

Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work already performed.

If Leadz Magnet Studio is unable to continue a project for reasons within our reasonable control, any refund will be assessed based on the portion of work already completed and delivered.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, intellectual-property rights and usage rights for final approved deliverables are transferred or licensed to the client only after full payment has been received.

The client receives rights only to the final deliverables specified in the project agreement.

Editable project files, working files, production files, raw files, unused concepts, drafts, prompts, internal templates, animation rigs, design systems, production techniques, and other internal production materials are not automatically included.

These may be provided separately if specifically agreed.

13. Source Files

Source files are not included unless they are specifically mentioned in the quotation or project agreement.

Source files may include:

  • Adobe After Effects files
  • Premiere Pro files
  • Illustrator files
  • Photoshop files
  • Blender or 3D project files
  • Editable design files
  • Working compositions
  • Raw project assets

Additional fees may apply for source-file delivery.

Some projects may contain third-party assets that cannot legally be transferred as editable source files.

14. Third-Party Assets

Projects may use appropriately licensed third-party resources, including:

  • Stock footage
  • Stock photography
  • Music
  • Sound effects
  • Fonts
  • Icons
  • Templates
  • Plugins
  • Voiceover services
  • AI platforms
  • Software tools

Such materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

The client does not automatically acquire ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears in a final deliverable.

15. AI-Assisted Content

Leadz Magnet Studio may use artificial intelligence tools as part of its creative and production workflows where appropriate.

AI-assisted processes may be used for areas such as:

  • Concept development
  • Image generation

AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain variations, imperfections, inconsistencies, or limitations inherent to current generative technology.

We will make reasonable creative efforts to achieve the agreed output quality, but exact replication of references, individuals, objects, environments, or generated results cannot always be guaranteed.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Leadz Magnet Studio may determine the production tools and technologies used to create the final deliverable.

16. Client-Supplied Materials

The client confirms that they have the necessary ownership, licenses, permissions, or legal rights to provide and use any material supplied to Leadz Magnet Studio.

The client is responsible for ensuring that claims contained within advertisements, product videos, health-related content, financial content, testimonials, product descriptions, or marketing materials comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Leadz Magnet Studio may assist with creative presentation but does not independently verify every commercial, scientific, medical, financial, regulatory, or legal claim supplied by clients.

  • Is already publicly available
  • Becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms
  • Was already lawfully known to us

22. Quality and Compatibility

Final files will be produced according to the specifications agreed for the project.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party platform, device, advertising network, browser, editing application, or future software version unless specific technical requirements were supplied before production.
